Billing and Insurance
Forte Speech is a private-pay pediatric speech therapy practice and does not bill insurance directly.
We’re happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network speech therapy benefits.
We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

Evaluations
Speech & Language Evaluation: $215
Feeding & Swallowing Evaluation: $275
Therapy (60-minutes in-home & we come to you!)
Speech Therapy: $150
Feeding Therapy: $150
Referrals
Parents can self-refer! If you plan to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, we recommend getting a referral from your pediatrician. Contact us to learn more!
